Overview

HED announced 100,000 Google Career Certificates under the Year of Youth 2026, an initiative by Tech Valley, the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) and the Higher Education Department.

It follows the 2025 MoU signed at HED, Lahore, to launch over 20,000 Google Career Certificates scholarships for students of public universities and district colleges.
